Offered here is one of Bob Dylan’s personal, stage used Hohner Marine Band harmonicas. This is one of two Bob Dylan stage used harmonicas that are being offered in the Winter Rock & Roll Pop Culture Auction, and it was most likely used during his “Love and Theft” tour in 2003. Both of the Dylan harmonicas offered in the auction come from the same consignor. This Marine Band key of C harmonica, comes from a sound tech from the tour. Per the tech, Bob Dylan was leaving this harmonica behind and the tech asked for it, and Dylan gifted it to him. Both harmonica's came from the personal collection of Bob Dylan's long-time sound tech. We inspected the harmonica ourselves, and we feel given the type, usage and vintage year it was produced, and the information provided by the consignor as to the provenance, that it is a genuine Bob Dylan stage used harmonica. Very rare to find a stage used piece of Bob Dylan memorabilia. Comes with a Roger Epperson (REAL) Letter of Authenticity, a printed Letter of Provenance and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
