Cynthia Lennon handwritten letter to Astrid Kirchherr, with hand drawings and original envelope. Four pages (two pages back to back), measures 7.5 x 9.5 with envelope measuring 7.5 x 3.5. The letter is prominently featured in the book “Hamburg Days” by Astrid Kirchherr and Klaus Voormann, published by Genesis Publications. Excellent content including her thoughts “I know you must be very lonely now that the Beatles are back in Liverpool again” and “I am very happy that John is back..” She also comments on the Beatles sound and fame “The Beatles sound marvelous as ever (Especially John. hee! hee!) and their first night back at the Cavern Club was marvelous…”.
