Drake's personal notebook that his had filled with his handwritten song lyrics and notes. On the cover he has also handwritten "H.S. Funk" and "Young Wonder" - all in black felt tip marker. There are approximately 60 pages with Drake's handwriting on them, many of the pages nearly completely filled. He has written lyrics to songs, including songs titled "Sweat", "Get Up and Party", "My Weakness", "Hollywood is Bullshit", "Smell Pussy", "My Love With You (Is Sure Is Ending)" and more. He has also handwritten lists of things he wants to buy such as a North Face jacket on Ebay and a Larry Bird jersey, as well items he has purchased and phone numbers. There are three photographs including, two black and white photographs measuring 5 x 4 showing Drake inside his high school, and a color snapshot showing Drake with two friends measuring 4 x 4. Measures 8 x 10.5.
