34th President of the United States Dwight D. Eisenhower signed this letter of thanks using a black steel-tip fountain pen. The letter is dated April 23, 1964. Eisenhower served as President from 1953 to 1961 after serving as a 5-Star General in the army and Supreme Commander of the Allied Expeditionary Force during World War II. He ran on a foreign policy opposite of his opponent Robert Taft’s, who was a strict isolationist, and won handily. He also implemented the Interstate Highway System. Very Good condition. Measures 7” x 10”. Comes with a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Letter of Authenticity.
