An Audio-Technica AE6100 Hypercardioid Dynamic Microphone, used by Elton John on his ongoing Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour. The tour began in Allentown, Pennsylvania on 8th September 2018, and was subject to huge disruption due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The tour has resumed, and is due to finish on 8th July 2023, in Sweden. The tour is the last by British rock legend, Elton John, and is already in the history books as the highest-grossing tour of all-time. The microphone was obtained by a crew member on 15th June 2019, whilst the tour was in Cardiff, Wales. The microphone is accompanied by the used ‘working crew’ pass. Good condition. Comes with a printed letter of provenance and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
