Elvis Presley owned and used small ornate wood box from Graceland. The box originally came from the collection of Elvis Presley's manager Colonel Tom Parker. The Colonel sold or gave the box to renowned booking agent and promotional manager Irwin Pate. Pate was well-known in show business for over four decades. Over his long career, he and his wife Clarine Pate, obtained a large collection of personal clotting and articles belonging to numerous entertainers. Irwin knew Elvis Presley and was also good friends with the Colonel. He worked with Elvis and the Colonel several times over the years, and after Elvis passed away the Colonel gifted and sold Irwin some articles that belonged to Elvis, including this small ornate box from Graceland. The box has remained in the Pate collection since that time. Very good condition. Comes with a letter from Irwin's widow, Clarine Pate, and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
