Elvis Presley's personally owned and worn 14kt gold ring with a round face with diamonds on the border and a single diamond in the black onyx center that he gifted to Charlie Hodge. According to Charlie, Elvis liked that the ring was unusual as the single diamond would move in the center, and he liked anything that was different in jewelry or clothing. Elvis gave the ring on a night when he was upstairs in his bedroom at Graceland, looking through his jewelry case - he picked up the ring and gave it to Charlie. Charlie first met Elvis when Charlie was with the Foggy Mountain River boys, and they met again when Elvis was in the U.S. Army going to Germany. Elvis and Charlie were close friends and Charlie lived at Graceland in a basement apartment that Elvis had made for him, until Elvis passed away in 1977. Charlie was also Elvis' stage director and sang harmony on stage with him, and handed him his stage scarves. Charlie also helped Elvis with his set list for the shows and appeared as an extra in many of his films. Very good condition. This stunning ring comes with a letter from Charlie Hodge and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
