This is Elvis Presley's owned and worn beige, short sleeved, button down shirt. The shirt bears a "California" label as well as a size and care label, inside the collar. The shirt was given by Elvis' father Vernon Presley to the Salvation Army in 1978 for a special Elvis charity auction. Vernon took the shirt from Elvis' closet and gave it to Mary Ann Wells, who worked for the Salvation Army from 1970-79. Mary Ann's husband bought the shirt and gave it to her as a gift and she had it in her possession from 1978 through 2006. Very good condition. The shirt comes with a letter of provenance from Mary Ann Wells and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
