These are Elvis Presley's stage worn white leather boots with square toe and black heels. Elvis wore these boots both on and off stage. He gifted the boots to his close friend Charlie Hodge in the mid-19070's when he was cleaning out his closet. Elvis was known for his generosity with his friends and he often gave them jewelry and clothes. Elvis originally met Charlie when they were in the U.S. Army together. They became close friends and Charlie appeared in many of Elvis' movies and sang harmony on stage with him at his live concerts. He would also hand Elvis his famous red scarves on stage. Charlie lived at Graceland for 16 years, until Elvis' tragic death. Comes with letter of provenance from Charlie Hodge and photos of Elvis wearing the same, or nearly identical, boots on stage. Very good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
