This rare Elvis Presley artifact from the 1960's is the actual production proof for the Elvis Presley arcade exhibit card manufactured during that period. This proof consists of an original 3 X 3.5 black and white photograph of Presley painted with his facsimile signature in white to match the detail of his actual exhibit card. The photograph is mounted to a thick 8 X 10 white board scored in pencil to crop the image appearing on the exhibit card with a translucent overlay traced with these same lines and signature. An actual postcard size exhibit card produced from this proof is included with this archive. Presley, known as "The King of Rock and Roll" was the performer most responsible for popularizing rock & roll on an international level. This is a unique, one-of-a-kind "production proof" of one of the most iconic figures depicted in the vast celebrity exhibit card set so popular during the fifties and valued by collectors today.
