From the Frank DiLeo Michael Jackson Collection, this is DiLeo's personally owned Elvis Presley "Burning Love" RCA Records in-house gold single record award that was presented to the famed record executive. DiLeo, whose prolific career in the record business touched numerous artists, was best known as Michael Jackson's manager from 1984-1989, who won Michael's attention because of his pivotal work in the extraordinarily successful marketing of "Thriller". DiLeo was also co-executive producer along with Michael for Michael's film "Moonwalker" and came back to work with Michael on his "This Is It" final concert series project that came to an abrupt end when Michael tragically died just prior to the first concert. This award has some wear and measures 12 x .75 x 15. Sold as is. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity and a letter of provenance from the DiLeo family.
