Faith Hill wore this black dress under a black blazer with black boots at her first ever performance at the Country Music Awards (CMA's) on October 5, 1994. The sleeveless black dress comes with a Faith Hill signed authenticity card, dated February 16, 1996, stating that she wore the dress for her first Country Music Awards performance and thanking the person who obtained it for supporting the Tootsie's Alley Bash. Very good condition. Comes with the authenticity card from Faith Hill', a picture of her wearing the dress at the CMA's, and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
