An incredibly rare and provocative vintage signed oversize postcard of Francis Renault (d. 1955), one of the most celebrated female impersonators of the 1920s and 1930s who stood at the top of his profession along with Julian Eltinge. Signed and dated in his hand “1930,” and posted August of that year from Schenectady, New York. 4.5 X 7 Excellent condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
