A very rare application to The Mothers of Invention fan club, United Mutations, along with a 4? x 5? graduation photo of Frank Zappa and a sheet of United Mutations stationery. This is the first UM memorabilia we’ve seen, and as is typical with any Zappa enterprise, the sense of humor is evident. The photograph and stationery are in mint condition, the application excellent, with a bit of handling at the top of the page. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
