This Jackson 5 stage worn child-sized red matador-style is from the early days of the Jackson 5 and is unique in style and construction. Custom crafted from a woven red wool-like cloth, it has an elaborately patterned white braid trim on the entire body of the garment. It is decorated with faceted black glass stones, and has silver-plated western-style roundels scattered across the shoulders and upper sleeves. The jacket is in overall very good stage worn condition with some natural darkening of the silver-plate. Obtained directly from the Jackson family storage facility and subsequently auctioned by Guernsey’s in June 2007. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll® Certificate of Authenticity.
