This is an original t-shirt that was sold at the 1969 Atlantic City Pop Festival concert that was signed at the show by Janis Joplin, a large four inch signature. The shirt was also signed by concert performers B.B. King, Booker T, MG's, and others, some with inscriptions. T-shirts from this three day music festival are extremely rare, only a few are known to exist. To find one that actually has been signed by the performers, especially Janis Joplin, is impossible. This shirt comes from the person who was at the show, bought the shirt while she was there and obtained the signatures on the shirt in-person. This is an extremely rare historic artifact from the Summer of Love, and would be an incredible addition to any rock and roller's collection. Fair condition. Comes with a letter of provenance from the person who obtained the signatures in-person and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
