Jim Morrison has signed and inscribed this original July 5, 1967 concert program "To Nancy, Jim " on the cover in blue ballpoint pen. Also signed by Standells band members Dick Dodd (also on the cover) and Larry Tamblyn (inside) as well as Ralph Parrett of Glass Family. Morrison's signature appears at the bottom of the front cover. The concert, which took place at Lowell High School in southern California, featured The Doors with The Standells and The Coasters, opened by the Glass Family. The concert had been booked far in advance and took place the same week that "Light My Fire" went to number one! The original owner of the program, to whom it was inscribed to, "Nancy" met Jim and the band that night, and went on to date Bill Siddons - The Doors' soon to be manager (he was then their equipment manager). Originally Nancy had gone to meet one of the members of The Standells who lived just up the block from her home, and the night turned into a true rock & roll dream come true! The program, a total of 12 pages (including front and back covers) measures 8 x 10.5 and is in fair condition. Morrison's signature in faint but fully legible. Comes with documents of provenance. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
