Jimi Hendrix owned and worn beaded leather fringe concho belt. A leather concho-style belt with intricate beading, leather trim and leather fringe cording which dangles when tied around the waist. Worn both on and off-stage by Hendrix, this incredible belt is very typical of the bohemian India-style influence in Hendrix's clothing and style. Very good condition. Hendrix is pictured here on stage wearing a very similar belt. The belt is accompanied by a letter of provenance from Hendrix's tour manager Tom Hulett of Concerts West which handled booking, security and more for Jimi's tours. It was Tom Hulett who, upon Hendrix's unexpected death, flew to England to bring his body home. In appreciation for Tom doing this, Jimi's father Al Hendrix gave Tom this belt, along with other pieces of Jimi's wardrobe. The belt also comes with a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
