One of the most historically important examples of Johnny Cash handwritten lyrics, these are his 1957 handwritten lyrics to his song "Country Boy" the third song on his first LP released by Sun Records. Beautifully handwritten by Cash in blue ballpoint pen on Hotel Patricia, Miami, Florida stationery. Cash wrote the lyrics while he was staying at the hotel for a private performance. Measures approximately 8.5 x 11, Very good condition. Comes with a letter of authenticity from the Phillips family, and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
