Two incredibly rare signed original photographs of stage and film female impersonator Julian Eltinge (1881-1941). His performances earned him the nickname “Mr. Lillian Russell.” One photograph pictures Eltinge in drag, inscribed to Mr Arthur Eltinge and signed above a blind stamp by the photographer (7.124 X 9.375). The other is an original portrait photograph inscribed “For Miss Eltinge A reminder of Julian Dalton Eltinge.” (8 X 10). Good to very good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
