KISS Ace Frehley's owned, played and signed 1960 Les Paul Gibson Reissue guitar. In 1994, Ace traded this guitar for a white Fender to the We Buy Guitars, Inc. guitar shop. Ace signed the guitar in red sharpie, adding a drawing of a heart, for the guitar shop. The guitar originally came from Ace's personal collection and it displays a lot of use by him. It comes with a 6 x 4 color photograph of Ace holding the signed guitar in the guitar shop, along with the white guitar he traded it for. The guitar bears the serial number " 1 8419". Ace was famous for playing this type of guitar on stage, so it is likely Ace played this guitar on stage. Ace guitars are very rare especially ones that are this old. Very good condition with some light wear from use by Frehley, including on the back of the neck. The guitar comes with a photograph of Ace holding the guitar, along with the guitar he traded it for, in the We Buy Guitars store, a letter of provenance, the original 1994 receipt from We Buy Guitars, Inc. for the guitar, and a printout of the original email regarding the purchase of it by the current consignor that has been notarized. Also comes with a Comes with a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
