A letter on official Van Halen letterhead signed by all the original members: David Lee Roth, Eddie Van Halen, Alex Van Halen, Michael Anthony, and manager Noel Monk. The typed letter, dated December 8, 1981 is addressed to their lawyer Barry Tyerman, and requests that he forward the personal files of the band members as well as the files relating to Van Halen Music Co. to manager Noel Monk. The letter, measuring 8" x 10," is in excellent condition, with the exception of Roth who has signed in black ink, the signatures are in blue ballpoint pen, very strong. Measures 20.5" x 25". Frame show some wear. Estimate $500-$800.
