An original 1st printing poster for the Jim Kweskin Jug Band's performance, also featuring Big Brother & The Holding Company at the Avalon Ballroom on October 7 and 8, 1966. The 1st printing is on vellum and displays "The Bindweed Press San Francisco" in the lower right corner. Some copies in the first run show small defects on the poster's surface, as this one does. Printed before the concert, measures 14 3/16" x 19 15/16". Overall very good condition with tape remnants on the four corners, a small liquid stain at the top border and some surface tearing also at the top. FD029. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
