Lucy's card, stamped "3054A" is for the year 1956-57 and expired on January 31, 1957. Desi's card, stamped "19684A," for the year 1957, expired on April 30, 1957. Each card measures 4 x 2.5. The receipt, stamp-dated "FEB 26 57" is made out to Desi Arnaz, with their address on Cahuenga Boulevard in Hollywood, and references Desi's SAG card number (19684A). The receipt measures 6 x 4.
