These are Madonna's black sequin shorts that she wore for the photo shoot for her book "Sex". These black sequin shorts were custom made for Madonna by Andre Van Pier. A long-time "designer to the stars," Andre Van Pier worked with a vast array of celebrities including former First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and Diana Vreeland, as well as some of the biggest names in the entertainment world from Mick Jagger to Madonna, Michael Jackson, Prince, Bruce Springsteen, Elizabeth Taylor, Yoko Ono, Susan Sarandon, Brooke Shields, Priscilla Presley, Diana Ross, and many more. Very good condition. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from Andre Van Pier.
