Marvin Gaye has signed this “Anthology” album on the inside gatefold in blue felt tip pen. Gaye has inscribed the album, “83” while adding a musical symbol. Gaye signed this album in-person at the Motown 25th Anniversary concert in 1983. “Anthology: The Best of Marvin Gaye” is a double CD chronology of American singer Marvin Gaye's career throughout his twenty-year tenure with Motown Records from his first big hit, 1962's "Stubborn Kind of Fellow", to his final Motown R&B charter, "Heavy Love Affair" in 1981. Signed Marvin Gaye albums are rare, but one this clean and nice is next to impossible to find. Very good condition. Comes with a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Letter of Authenticity, a Roger Epperson (REAL) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
