The banquet was held in Mantle's honor, and was attended by Mantle. The event was held on October 17, 1951 and was sponsored by Public Schools and Lions Club, Commerce, OK. With water damage to the program. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
