Original Elvis Presley RCA Victor Records Store Display Sign

This vintage point of sale store display advertises Elvis Presley on the RCA Victor record label. This original cardboard display measures 32" x 28" x 10” and was originally electrified to illuminate on the inside. The left panel measuring approximately 10.5" x 27” is lettered “Elvis Sings on RCA Victor” and is identified in fine print on the bottom “112154” and “RCA Printed in USA.” The wider 18" x 27” panel on the right is a colorful picture of a younger Elvis with a guitar in hand. A pair of 5” legs support the sign from the bottom. This is a great opportunity to acquire such a rare artifact advertising “The King.” In overall good condition with signs of slight water damage on the legs, a couple of small tears on the front side of the display and some evident wear and split in the cardboard along its seams that can be normally expected in such a piece assembled so many years ago and still surviving the test of time. Estimate: $1,500 - $2,000.
