Paul Stanley has become a profound painter, and he creates portraits and abstracts through emotional compositions. The scale is huge, the paint laid on thickly; the colors have been chosen in order to generate a powerful physical and emotional effect. Paul’s work can be associated with the Abstract Expressionists of the late 1940’s and 1950’s. He aims to maximize the direct, physical impact of his paintings through scale, texture, color and simplicity of images. This work is labeled "Infinite Solitude 2004" and Paul did a limited number of editions, only up to 100. This was one is number 53. Measures 41 x 41. Very good condition.
