A 7” double-sided EMI-Disc acetate record for the song ‘Arnold Layne’ by Pink Floyd. The song was written by Syd Barrett, and recorded over 29 January - 27 February 1967, at the Sound Techniques Studio, London. The single was released on 10 March 1967 in the UK, backed by "Candy and a Currant Bun". The band's management, Blackhill Enterprises, had paid to boost the single's chart position, where it reached number 20 in the UK singles chart. Arnold Layne holds particular importance, as the debut single of Pink Floyd. Good condition. Extremely rare. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
