Gerald Ford, the 38th President of the United States of America, signed this letter to the Interracial Council for Business Opportunity dated April 23, 1976 with a black pen. In the letter, Ford details the recent success of minority-owned businesses and requests their continued assistance upon the Bicentennial Year National Dinner. Measures 7” x 10.5”. Good condition. Comes with a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Certificate of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
