A Prince owned and stage used "Yellow Cloud" guitar. The backstory of the guitar is as such: in 1992 Smithsonian curators, hoping to add more "distinctive, innovative" twentieth-century instruments to the musical history collection, contacted Prince, a musician known for his distinctive, innovative style. Prince's production company, Paisley Park Enterprises, donated the Yellow Cloud, built by Minneapolis craftsmen and designed by Prince himself. The guitar features fingerboard inlays in the shape of the artist's personal icon, a stylized combination of the male and female symbols. It later appeared in a 1997 exhibition on the history of electric guitars, From the Frying Pan to the Electric V. Very good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
