Offered here is one of rarest Prince items to surface, a cassette demo with unreleased music by Prince and his handwriting on the cassette liner. Prince has handwritten the titles of four tracks on the side of the liner and the name "Rosie Gaines" at the top of the liner, all in blue ballpoint pen. This cassette tape, believed to be the only hard copy in existence, contains four tracks recorded at Paisley Park between 1989 and 1991 by Prince and Rosie Gaines, with all vocals and instrumentation done by Prince. The tracks were intended to be released through Prince’s “Paisley Park Records” on a proposed album titled “Concrete Jungle”. Rosie Gaines, a former band member of Prince's group, The New Power Generation, is an American singer, songwriter and record producer from Pittsburg, California. She duetted with singer Prince on the hit song "Diamonds and Pearls". How often does Prince’s unreleased music come up for sale? Extremely rarely. This item is sold as an artifact only, without copyright. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited. Comes with a Roger Epperson Letter of Authenticity (REAL) and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
