Spice Girl “Sporty Spice” Melanie C (Melanie Jayne Chisholm) wore this custom white leather backless jacket to the 2001 Brit Awards. Donated by Melanie C to a charity auction. The jacket was featured heavily in media coverage of the event and the picture of Melanie wearing it was later sold in merchandise posters. Very good condition. From the SpiceUp Exhibition at the Business Design Centre in London, the jacket comes with a photo of Mel C wearing it, a letter of provenance, and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
