Spice Girl "Sporty Spice" Melanie C (Melanie Jayne Chisholm) wore this costume during the Spice World Movie when the Spice Girls dressed up as “Spice Force Five”. The Spice Force Five were the Spice Girls superhero alter egos from the Spice World: The Movie. In the movie, each Spice Girl dressed up in a metallic Spice Force Five costume typical of their Spice Girl character. This one was worn by Melanie Chisholm (Sporty Spice). It is a two-piece costume made up of a sporty style crop top and a pair of cropped sporty trousers. Melanie was seen abseiling in the movie, mission impossible style, to score a goal on Subbuteo. The dress also has the iconic Spice Force Five badge sewn onto it, made by original costumers Angels & Bonham's, specifically for Melanie C. It was the very last costume piece that the owner added to his collection and cost a cool $3,000 in 2018. Very good condition. From the SpiceUp Exhibition at the Business Design Centre in London, the music worn costume comes with photos of Melanie C wearing the costume in the video, a letter of provenance, and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
