Offered here is one of Stevie Ray Vaughan's iconic hats that was owned and stage worn by Stevie Ray Vaughan. This hat was obtained by the previous owner after the iconic “Legends Bar” performance. According to the consignor, “My dad was invited by his friend Eddie who lives in Joliet and was regular at Buddy Guys 'Legends' Bar or Restaurant whichever. One year as a surprise to Buddy some of the crew got ahold of SRV beforehand for him to come up and play a surprise show for Buddy's Birthday. After playing when having drinks this hat was worn during socializing and whatnot but was left behind and my dad picked it up after closing and when he asked what to do with it he was told to keep it if he wanted so he did. It was his favorite conversation piece.” An incredible piece from the iconic SRV. Good condition. Comes with a Letter of Provenance and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
