A concert poster for The Beatles tour of Sweden which took place between 24th and 30th October 1963 that has been autographed on the front by the group in felt tipped pen. Paul McCartney has added the inscription ‘To Bumba best wishes’ above his name and he has drawn an arrow pointing to his picture below it. Bumba was the band leader of the Swedish group Trio Me Bumba, the group supported The Beatles on the tour.

The tour was The Beatles first ever tour outside the UK and they performed in Stockholm, Karlstad, Gothenburg, Boras and Eskilstuna, this poster was signed at one of these concerts.

Each signature on the poster is incredibly large, John Lennon’s signature is 16cm (6.25 inches) wide and 10cm (4 inches) high, Paul McCartney’s signature is 16.5cm (6.5 inches) wide and 3cm (1.25 inches) high not taking into consideration the inscription, George Harrison’s signature is 17cm (10.5 inches) wide and 7cm (2.75 inches) high, Ringo Starr’s signature is 22.5cm (9 inches) wide and 11cm (4.25 inches) high. The poster measures 76cm x 66cm (30 inches x 26 inches). It has been professionally mounted on to board, some discoloration to the poster and felt tip, small pieces of tape attached to the edges, scuff on the top left corner. The condition is very good. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
