Check is dated 12/31/1966 and payable to Phil Lesh for the amount of $60.00. The check is also signed on the back by Phil Lesh in vintage ballpoint pen. Very good condition. Comes with a Roger Epperson (REAL) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
