Greeted with decidedly mixed reviews upon its original release, "Exile on Main St." has become generally regarded as the Rolling Stones' finest album. Few other albums, let alone double albums, have been so rich and masterful as "Exile on Main St.", and it stands not only as one of the Stones' best records, but sets a remarkably high standard for all of rock. And while "Exile" is cited as the Stones' finest work, it could also be said that it is perhaps the rarest of all of the Stones' signed albums. Two of the bands members during the time "Exile" was created--Mick Taylor and Bill Wyman--have been out of the band for 20+ years, thus the prospects of obtaining a complete group-signed album are bleak. That being said, we are proud to present in this lot one of the very few complete signed specimens of "Exile" to ever appear in the market. Penned in black and blue felt tip marker inks, the cover of this album pressing has been signed by all five members of the Stones' lineup during the "Exile" days: Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Bill Wyman, Mick Taylor and Charlie Watts. All signatures are neatly penned and rate a solid "9-10" overall. Very good condition. Comes with a Roger Epperson (REAL) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
