Legendary Physicist Albert Einstein has signed this typed letter to his friend “Commandant A. Bly” dating February 23rd, 1947, in black fountain pen. The letter is about his life and about the war. Einstein speaks his mind about the war, saying “It is strange to see, how little the people are learning even by the most painful experiences. It seems that the British and the Americans are making the same mistakes as after the first world-war by not preventing Germany to get strong and dangerous again”. Einstein also talks about how much he loves his life in America, “I like very much my life in America. I have my own little house with a pretty garden and I am working now with the same pleasure as I did in younger years”. Einstein then signed the letter in fountain pen “A. Einstein”. This incredible letter details Einstein’s thoughts about the war and his life, making it a truly one-of-a-kind piece. Very good condition. Measures 8 x 10. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
