First-printing San Francisco concert poster for the Velvet Underground and Nico, Andy Warhol and Frank Zappa & the Mothers of Invention at the Fillmore Auditorium on May 28 and 29, 1966. These shows were undoubtedly the zaniest to ever occupy a Fillmore weekend, with Warhol and his Exploding Plastic Inevitable being the east coast's answer to the Bay Area's acid tests. Throw in Frank Zappa as the opening act, and there may not have been a sane person in the building. Measures 14" x 20". Good condition. Exceptionally rare and a must-have for any serious collector. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
