George Harrison's owned and played 1958 Hofner Senator guitar. A beautiful example that George kept in his own personal collection at his west London home. George owned this guitar up until the 1990's at which point the guitar was then gifted personally to the current vendors family directly from George's estate. There is a wonderful personal story behind it that is included in the letter of provenance that accompanies this very special guitar. Occasionally a guitar used by George will go to auction, however, it is very rare that one comes up from his own personal collection. As stated above, the guitar comes with letter of provenance from the vendor and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
