Calvin Coolidge, the 30th President of the United States of America, signed this letter using a black pen. The letter is dated January 9, 1931, and its contents are Coolidge declining an invitation to a private event. Coolidge served as President from 1923 to 1929, first taking office after the sudden death of Warren G. Harding and then winning the presidency outright in the next election. Good condition. The letter measures 8.5” x 11” and the envelope measures 4” by 8.5”. Comes with a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
