Elvis Presley owned and wore this blue polyester button down shirt with mock turtleneck that bears the Sy Devore label. Elvis wore this shirt for his personal use and gave the shirt to his close friend, ranch foreman Alan Fortas (who also appeared in many of Elvis' films with him). Very good condition, comes with letter of provenance from Alan Fortas and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
