An original 1865 CDV (Cartes de Visite) of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Thumb, Commodore Nutt and Minnie Warren in the outfits they wore when presented to Queen Victoria and Prince Albert at Buckingham Palace on a trip arranged with circus showman P.T. Barnum. Probably commissioned by P.T. Barnum to sell at his American Museum, the photograph is an image from famous Civil War era photographer Matthew Brady, published by his studio E. & H. Anthony, New York. Facsimile signed, “Compliments of …” by the four dwarf performers. Measures 2.5 x 4. Good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticitys probably was commissioned by P.T. Barnum to sell at his American Museum. Measures 2.5 x 4.
