George Harrison Beautifully Signed Photograph.

George Harrison has beautifully signed this rather irreverent color photograph, where the Beatles guitarist is sitting in a field, seemingly "armless," in black felt-tip pen.

George Harrison came to prominence as signer, songwriter and lead guitarist for The Beatles, and after the band broke up he went on to have an extremely successful solo career. Although John Lennon and Paul McCartney were the main writers of the Beatles songs, George also wrote some of their most important songs including "Something," "Here Comes the Sun," While My Guitar Gently Weeps" and more.

After the Beatles disbanded, Harrison released the triple album All Things Must Pass, a critically acclaimed work that produced his most successful hit single, "My Sweet Lord", and introduced his signature sound as a solo artist, the slide guitar. He also organized the 1971 Concert for Bangladesh with Indian musician Ravi Shankar, a precursor to later benefit concerts such as Live Aid. In his role as a music and film producer, Harrison produced acts signed to the Beatles' Apple record label before founding Dark Horse Records in 1974. He co-founded HandMade Films in 1978, initially to produce the Monty Python troupe's comedy film The Life of Brian (1979).

Dimensions: 8 in x 10 in.

Condition: Very good. Harrison's signature is a gorgeous example of his autograph.

Authentication: James Spence Authentication (JSA) Letter of Authenticity, a Roger Epperson (REAL) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
