Kurt Cobain's actual hair that was kept in a small heart-shaped pink that was signed by him. The heart-shaped box was signed by Kurt Cobain during the Nirvana "In Utero" tour and obtained by a long-time female fan that followed the band from venue to venue. Nirvana's song "Heart-Shaped Box" was written by Cobain and was released as the first single from the group's third and final studio album "In Utero" in 1993. The fan who obtained the box had an aunt that cut Kurt's hair once and kept some of his hair.  When this girl turned 18 she was gifted some of the hair and she kept it in the signed box. Accompanied by a letter from L.A. Archives and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
