This is Madonna's personally owned and worn gold necklace with gold cross and six set emeralds. Madonna gave the necklace to her boyfriend James Albright in 1993 whom she first met when he was her security guard for seven months in 1992. The two then formed a romantic relationship for two years. The cross pendant measures 1 inch and the chain measures 23 inches. Very good condition. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from James Albright.
