This is Madonna's original 1977 Model Release that she signed when she was an 18 year old student at the Art Worlds Institute of Creative Arts in Ann Arbor Michigan. Madonna lived in Ann Arbor before she moved to New York City. The release was for photographs that were taken by Cecil Taylor that included the earliest known nude photographs of Madonna. Signed in blue ballpoint pen, the release measures 3.75 x 4.75 and has been laminated. Very good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
