Two original 1960 teen concert handbills featuring Frankie Avalon and Connie Francis. The first handbill is for Frankie Avalon at the Island Garden Arena in West Hempstead, New York on September 3, 1960. The show is billed as the "Back to School Spectacular" and also features Jo-Ann Cambell, Brian Hyland, the Demensions, the Shirelles, the Passions, and more. The handbill measures 8.5 x 11 and is in very good condition. The second handbills is titled "Long Island's First All-Star Jamboree" which was also held at the Island Garden Arena. This concert is billed as a ""No-School" Holiday George Washington's Birthday concert on February 22, 1960. The concert featured Connie Francis, Jimmy Claton, Kenni Rossi, Lloyd Price and His Orchestra and more. Measures 5.5 x 8.5. Very good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
